I recently followed a two day training course at ASML on Influence and Empowerment given by Hidayet. It was a pleasure to see Hidayet continuously adapting his training to the needs and questions of a very diverse group of people. It was a full and intense course but Hidayet made it feel as if there was never any time pressure. I liked the very practical approach, small blocks of theory and a lot of practice based on real life examples and actual cases of the group. Learnings can be applied immediately. Remarkable fact: I never heard Hidayet say “uh” in two days.
I followed a training course of effective communication given by Hidayet. He is a driven, organized person who develops inspiring relationships with a large diversity of people. He has the ability to tailor the lesson plans to meet the diverse needs. I was very impressed how Hidayet is able to adapt communication styles to the needs of every single person and to encourage everybody to reach their true potential.
I have recently followed a two days training that Hidayet gave. He was very successful at linking theoretical knowledge to real life scenarios through case studies in class. His briefs and conclusions after these case studies were very effective and to-the-point. In addition, he kept the focus of the course alive at all times by continuously motivating the group and we enjoyed the course a lot. Furthermore, within short period of time he created synergy within the group and enabled a comfortable communication environment. This approach is a very valuable example that can be used at every level of business life. I would like to thank Hidayet.
I recently followed a two day training course given by Hidayet. His teaching methods are very effective in allowing everyone to feel comfortable speaking out. He has the ability and capabilities to motivate a group. Hidayet is well educated with the theory and methods on effective communication both for personal and work environment situations. Over the two days we were given the opportunity to interact, learn, observe and work together in teams. I consider the feedback method very effective. Hidayet can easily adapt to different communication styles for each and everyone’s situation. His enthusiasm, effective communication skills and years of experience made this training both enjoyable and worthwhile, I look forward to attending another training given by Hidayet.
Hidayet likes a lot of practising and motivates the entire group to join. He is a no-nonsense trainer who is not interested in giving a long boring presentation. Things I learned at the ASML’s ‘managing for non-managers’ training, I immediately implemented in practise, remembering the playful exercises. Thanks Hidayet for this high value two days.
I joined Time Management training coached by Hidayet last week and it is also the first time I had his training. To be honest, before attending the training, I didn’t have too much expectations. Because I am already quite experienced at time management. I just want to learn a few more tricks to be even more efficient. But the experience and outcome of his training is quite beyond my expectations. He is coaching much deeper than just suggesting tricks and tools. He suggested us to reflect our deep mindset and behaviours which causes time wasters. This helps me a lot to reflect my some of my behaviours and mindset, which sounds efficient such as think carefully before action, well plan before executions, but actually becomes time wasters because of over-doing it. So Hidayet, please let me know if u also give other trainings to ASML, I would like to learn more from u to get the most of my potentials😉
Hidayet delivered a fulfilling, enyojable and usable training. He starts from the need of his trainees and then keeps a perfect balance between practice and theory, involvement of the students and frontal lecturing. He’s professional all along, keeping good pace, still without leaving the energy of his trainees behind. He left every trainee happy with new knowledge and tools after two pleasant days. Surely reccomended for any employer or trainee.
